Annual Easter Egg Hunt
The Easter Egg Hunt always takes place on the Historic Courthouse lawn the Saturday before Easter. The Easter Egg Hunt is FREE to all children up to the 2nd grade.

Annual Working Women’s Luncheon
The Working Women’s Luncheon always takes place on Secretaries Day. It is for all women who work; whether it isworking out of your house, at an office or just working for yourself....all women are invited to a day of pampering. The meal is catered and the local men of the community serve as waiters.

Annual City Wide Garage Sale
The City Wide Garage Sale always takes place on the first Saturday in June. Maps with the list of garage sale locations are available at the convenience stores and City Hall.

Annual Fair on the Square
The Fair on the Square is always held on the 4th Saturday in September. It is a day to enjoy arts, crafts, and food from locals and others from surrounding areas. It is held outdoors around the Historic Courthouse Square.

Annual Cars in the Park
The Cars in the Park is always held on the 4th Saturday in September. It is a day to enjoy all makes of cars, trucks and motorcycles. It is held outdoors on the lawn of Workman Park.

Annual Veterans Parade
The Veteran's Parade is held on the closest Saturday to Veteran's Day. The Parade is open to everyone and especially Veterans! The parade route goes around Lyons' Historic Courthouse.

Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting is when Chamber members get together to network and listen to a guest speaker. After the speaker the Chamber Board of Directors recognize businesses for their longevity and then they recognize a citizen of Lyons with a Distinguished Service Award plaque for their dedication to Lyons! The outgoing president of the Chamber receives a plaque as well and new board members are recognized.

Annual Lighted Christmas Parade
The Lighted Christmas Parade is held on the first Saturday in December. The Parade starts at 7pm around the Historical Courthouse Square and is open to everyone. After the parade Santa visits the children in his house.

Santa Visits
Santa has a house located up town and visits all children wishing to see him throughout the Christmas Season.
