The 9-hole Lyons course at the Lyons Public Golf Course facility in Lyons, features 2,902 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 35. The course rating is 34.8 and it has a slope rating of 119. Designed by Dewey Longworth, the course originally opened in 1924. Course Superintendent, Daniel Wiens. 

A fitness center run by the Lyons Recreation Commission. Iron Works has many weight machines, free weights, treadmills, elliptical machines, and so much more! Memberships are available on their website, with a day rate available for visitors to Lyons! 

A state of the art swimming pool an aquatic park designed and built for maximum recreation and fun. The pool offers swimming lessons, adult swim, lap swim and aerobics. Open annually from May 25th to Labor Day. 

Baseball Diamonds, open fields, and a small playground. Located at the old 4-H grounds, this is the place to go if you want to play baseball or practice swinging the bat! Lyons Recreation Commission hosts annual leagues for children who play at this ball field.   

Sits right on US Hwy 56 and next to one of the local grade schools. The equipment is state of the art and ADA accessible. This is a perfect location for family reunions or parties and a fun place for kids to run and play! 

Right next to the Lyons Aquatic Park, off of West Taylor Street. Tobias Park has swings, a slide, a basketball court, and a pavilion with picnic benches. Perfect for a picnic and play time before visiting the pool for the day!  

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the northwest side of town, Augmon Park hosts a small playground, basketball court, pavilion with picnic benches, two tennis courts, and a small skate park. 

(on West Avenue North between 4th and 5th Street) 

Just behind the Frisbie Education Center (USD 405 offices) is Frisbie Park. A perfect park for families with small children, this park boasts smaller-sized playground equipment, a kickball field, and a pavilion with picnic benches. 

Matches Meadow Dog Park is located at North St. John Avenue and 2nd Street in North Lyons. A large fenced-in park with play equipment for dogs and plenty of room to run and play! 

Take the time to enjoy the outdoors with the Davis Walking Trails and Estes Park playground. A great addition to your event held at the Celebration Centre and Bar K Bar Arena. Explore the trails with a relaxing stroll on the half mile of paved trails. Enjoy the beautiful bronze statues and gardens. Kids can enjoy the playground with multiple toys available to crawl and explore. Or gather the adults for a friendly game of sand volleyball & horse shoes.
